Finally, it’s Calgary’s turn to host the traveling exhibition of works by David Thauberger, Road Trips and Other Diversions. Co-curated by Sandra Fraser of the Mendel Art Gallery and Timothy Long, of the MacKenzie Art Gallery, Road Trips, is an extensive retrospective of David Thauberger’s works, spanning from 1971 until 2009, containing paintings, prints, and ceramic works borrowed from over 30 collections across Canada and has its own website, catalogue, and iPhone app.

This extraordinary exhibition by one of Canada’s most renowned artists will be on display at the Glenbow from October 17, 2015 until January 31, 2016 and is not to be missed.

In celebration of the Glenbow’s exhibition, Masters Gallery Calgary will be hosting its own exhibition and sale of David Thauberger’s latest works.
